The NBA has six games on the schedule for Monday. Here, we’ll be going over some top DFS options at each position for DraftKings main slate.

Point Guard

Derrick Rose, DET vs. CLE, $7,800 Rose is on a historic streak in the midst of a renaissance season. He’s scored at least 20 points in 12 straight games, the longest such streak in his career. Rose has effectively taken over the Pistons back court and is their go-to scorer with so many injuries this season. There aren’t many players to spend up for on this slate, so it shouldn’t be too difficult to fit in a few mid-range plays like Rose. The Cavs have also been arguably the worst defense in the NBA the past 10 games.

Other Options: Donovan Mitchell, UTA vs. HOU, $7,900; Kris Dunn, CHI vs. SAS, $5,500

Shooting Guard

DeMar DeRozan, SAS @ CHI, $8,200 — The Bulls have allowed opponents to shoot nearly 50% from the field over the past 10 games. This is widely due to injuries to key front court starters Wendell Carter Jr., Daniel Gafford and now Lauri Markkanen. DeRozan should have an easy time getting buckets and has really come on the past month or so, averaging 25.5 points with 6.3 rebounds and 5.9 assists on nearly 60% shooting from the field the past 15 games.

Other Options: Andrew Wiggins, MIN vs. SAC, $7,100; Ben McLemore, HOU @ UTA, $5,800

Small Forward

Robert Covington, MIN vs. SAC, $5,600 — The Kings had lost six games in a row prior to this past weekend. Not counting that win over the Bulls, Sacramento had allowed 122.7 points per game during that losing streak. The T-Wolves have been equally as bad lately, but at least Karl-Anthony Towns is back. RoCo is a decent cheap option at SF, a position we don’t really need to pay up at on Monday. With SacTown down Marvin Bagley and Richaun Holmes, Covington should have a pretty easy time getting baskets.

Other Options: Aaron Gordon, ORL @ MIA, $5,900

Power Forward

Nemanja Bjelica, SAC @ MIN, $6,500 — There’s a bit of a revenge narrative here and while the Kings haven’t played great basketball, neither have the T-Wolves. Bjelica has filled in for Bagley and Holmes in the front court and is seeing around 30 minutes per game. He’s shooting over 40% from distance and Minnesota’s defense has had issues defending the perimeter, particularly from bigs. I expect this game to be high scoring and Sacramento players may go a bit overlooked.

Other Options: LaMarcus Aldridge, SAS @ CHI, $7,200

Center

Karl-Anthony Towns, MIN vs. SAC, $10,300 — I think if you’re going to pay up for any player on the slate, KAT makes the most sense. As I said above, the Kings are weak in the front court and are down to Dewayne Dedmon, Harry Giles and Harrison Barnes. Towns should see a lot of Dedmon and Giles, so that’s a matchup he can exploit. After struggling a bit in his return from injury, KAT is averaging 35.7 points and 8.7 rebounds per game over the past three contests.

Other Options: Clint Capela, HOU @ UTA, $8,500
