Philadelphia Eagles TE Zach Ertz is officially ACTIVE for Sunday afternoon’s Wild Card game vs. the Seattle Seahawks. Ertz was listed as questionable heading into the game, dealing with ribs and back injuries. Reports came out that Ertz was cleared and it was hard to imagine a scenario in which Ertz was going to sit out this game.

Fantasy Football Analysis: Philadelphia Eagles tight ends

It looks like the Eagles are fully healthy for the most part, though I’d be a bit cautious about using Ertz in any fantasy football playoff format. In DFS on the four-game WC weekend slate, I’d say Ertz is an OK tournament play, but also pretty risky. He may not see many snaps and I’d expect Dallas Goedert to be involved on offense. Ertz is $12,900 in the Captain’s slot for the DraftKings Showdown, which is steep. Even at $8,600 in the UTIL spot, it’s hard to pay that price for Ertz. Still, the Eagles have almost no options at WR with DeSean Jackson and Alshon Jeffery sidelined.
