Second half update: The Eagles have downgraded Wentz to OUT with the concussion.
UPDATE: The Eagles announced Wentz is questionable to return while he is being evaluated for a head injury.
Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz has gone to the locker room to be evaluated for a concussion. He went to the medical tent and then back to the locker room, according to sideline reporter Michele Tafoya. Wentz had completed one of four pass attempts for three yards before the injury. The Seahawks lead the Eagles 3-0.
Josh McCown is Wentz’s backup and is currently talking to Doug Pederson on the sideline while wearing his helmet. He will head onto the field for this next Eagles drive while Wentz continues his medical evaluation.
