UPDATE 4th quarter: Zach Ertz has returned to the field.

Eagles starting tight end Zach Ertz was sent to the medical tent late in the third quarter. The injury he is dealing with isn’t known, but he was just cleared of a lacerated kidney before getting to play against the Seahawks. He also has a cracked rib, so there are plenty of reasons Ertz would be forced from the game.

Ertz has one reception for 32 yards while Dallas Goedert has five receptions for 44 yards. It would be difficult for Ertz to be anywhere near 100 percent, so Goedert taking the lead makes sense.
