The Divisional round of the 2020 NFL Playoffs gets going in a little over 72 hours. On Tuesday, the Vikings, 49ers, Titans, and Ravens all got in their first practice session of the week. On Wednesday, the Seahawks, Packers, Texans, and Chiefs will get in their first practice session of the week.
At the halfway point of the week, we are starting to see how bettors are assessing each game. Below are the betting splits for all four games, broken down by betting on the point spread, the point total, and money line.
Vikings @ 49ers
The 49ers are a touchdown favorite, and we have a bit of mix reaction to it. There is an even split on point spread bets, but 60 percent of the handle is on the favored 49ers. The money line wagering is not quite as close. 58 percent of bets and 69 percent of handle are on the 49ers to win outright. The point total is closer to an even split, with 54 percent of bets and 56 percent of handle on the under.
Titans @ Ravens
The Ravens are a 9.5-point favorite, and they’re getting the bulk of the backing. 61 percent of the point spread handle and 76 percent of the money line handle are on the Ravens. The point total is seeing a closer split, with 51 percent of handle and bets on the under. It will be worth tracking how this moves as more information comes available about the injuries Mark Ingram and Mark Andrews are dealing with this week.
Texans @ Chiefs
DeShaun Watson put the Texans on his shoulders last week against the Bills, but bettors are not feeling him against the Chiefs. 68 percent of the point spread handle is on the Chiefs (-9.5) and 80 percent of the money line handle is on the Chiefs. 61 percent of point total handle is on the over, which has climbed from 50 to 51.
Seahawks @ Packers
The Packers are a four-point favorite, and this is the one game where the underdog is getting the love — and it’s happening in a big way. 57 percent of the point spread handle and 61 percent of bets are on the Seahawks +4. More significantly, 65 percent of the money line handle and 64 percent of bets are on the Seahawks winning outright. People are not feeling the Packers.
