A heavyweight bout at UFC Fight Island 5 will pit Tom Aspinall and Alan Baudot in an international-flavored fight with France facing the U.K. A battle where both competitors are true prospects in a blooming heavyweight division.

Tom Aspinall is 8-2 overall with all eight wins via stoppage, and 1-0 in the UFC. He has the benefit of coming in with a dream debut victory, as he dispatched Jake Collier via knees and punches in just 45 seconds. A smooth and agile fighter, he will look to make that his advantage as he tries to use power to make this one end quick.

Baudot, a debutante in the UFC, he will have his feet to the fire immediately vs a great heavyweight prospect in Aspinall. The Frenchman will look to use his at times reckless volume punches to make up for technique and that gives him a chance in this one. I don’t think it will be enough. The Lyon, France native is 8-1 career with seven knockouts.
