What to do with Julian Edelman, N’Keal Harry in Week 5 fantasy football

We go over Julian Edelman and N’Keal Harry’s fantasy football outlook ahead of the Patriots Week 5 matchup against the Broncos.

Game time moved: The Broncos-Patriots game has been moved to next week, Sunday of Week 6, per Adam Schefter. The league is going to reschedule Broncos-Dolphins to make room for this game.

Sunday AM update: The Patriots have had a new positive test Sunday morning and shut down the facility. They are testing everybody and should have results later Sunday morning. Adam Schefter reports the NFL is still planning on playing the Monday game, but the game has to be in question at this point. Barring any news before 1 p.m. ET, you should bench your Patriots and Broncos.

A moved game will get the Monday Night Football treatment as the New England Patriots face the Denver Broncos. What should you do with wide receivers Julian Edelman and N’Keal Harry? We are here to provide clarity.

Fantasy Football analysis: Patriots WRs Julian Edelman, N’Keal Harry

Julian has had an up and down season. A target of Cam Newton in last week’s game vs the Chiefs, he seemed a liability dropping passes. With Brian Hoyer and Jarret Stidham throwing at him he seemed to suffer for targets, getting six and hauling in three of them. With a question mark at quarterback, you’d be better off looking elsewhere.

For Harry, this is a decent matchup. Last week, he nabbed three of six targets for 21 yards and a touchdown. Harry has touchdown upside, but the Patriots heavy run attack seems unlikely to give him a good upside.

Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation

I’d sit both, but if you’re in a pinch I’d go Harry over Edelman for red zone usage potential.
