Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry would normally be a must-start in fantasy football. He can be hit or miss at times, but few running backs have his upside. He is one of the few running backs who could go off for 150+ rushing yards and two touchdowns in a given week, and it would not be remotely surprising.
This week however, you might have to sit Henry. The Titans had a positive Covid-19 staff from a staff member Sunday morning, and the team’s Tuesday game against the Buffalo Bills is in question. It could still happen, but we might not have a resolution until Monday or even into Tuesday.
If you have options later Sunday or even for Chargers-Saints on Monday, you can slot them in and potentially remove them for Henry if things straighten out. But odds are decent we won’t know for sure by the time MNF arrives. Even if all the re-testing on Sunday comes back negative, that could change in a hurry with Monday testing.
If you are convinced this game plays, start Henry. If you’re uncertain, your best bet is to sit Henry this week.
