The Los Angeles Lakers will look to close out the Miami Heat in Game 6 of the 2020 NBA Finals on Sunday after failing to do so on Friday night in Game 5. The Lakers lead the series 3-2 after the Heat stole Game 5 on the back of a triple-double from Jimmy Butler. Let’s take a look at the odds and lines, plus go how to watch Game 6 and a bet to consider.
Game Time/TV Channel/Streaming
Game 6 on Sunday will take place at 7:30 p.m. ET. The game will be broadcasted on ABC and will be streaming on the ESPN watch app, fuboTV and YouTube TV.
Point Spread, Totals, Odds
Spread: Lakers -5
Moneyline: Lakers (-210), Heat (+170)
The Best Bet: Heat +5 (-109)
I expect the Heat to hang around, potentially another game. Even if Miami loses the series in Game 6 on Sunday, I expect it’ll be a close contest. Butler is going to play basically the entire game and the Lakers are dealing with an injury to Anthony Davis (heel), who is probable to play. The injury for AD concerns me and I’m not sure he’s 100% heading into Sunday, so I’ll take the Heat getting 5 points. You may be able to wait until an in-game line becomes favorable as well. The issue is if Miami comes out like the past few games, the line may not get any better than this. I’ll take the points.
