Monday update: Dalvin Cook tweaked his groin and while it is not believed to be a serious injury, Tom Pelissero is reporting the Vikings could give him this coming week off heading into the bye.

Final stats update: Mattison finished out the game in impressive fashion. He rushed 20 times for 112 yards and three receptions for 24 yards. Cook’s final line was 17 carries for 65 yards and a touchdown and five receptions for 24 yards.

Update: Dalvin Cook came back for one play, but left and hasn’t returned. It looks like Alexander Mattison will finish out this game, but Cook’s injury doesn’t look like it will keep him out multiple weeks at this point.

Update: Cook has returned to the game. What a turn of events. This is great news for Cook and those playing him in fantasy.

Update: Cook jogged back to the sideline with his helmet. That is a great sign.

Update: Cook is questionable to return with a groin injury, per the team. He is likely out tonight, as a groin injury isn’t something you can play through without making it worse.

Minnesota Vikings running back Dalvin Cook comes up lame after catching a Kirk Cousin’s pass in the third quarter. He was quickly taken to the locker room for evaluation. Alexander Mattison will take over for Cook while he is out.
