There are a few D/STs widely available that either have good matchups heading into Week 6, or had successful Week 5 performances, or could benefit from opponent injuries. With that in mind, here are five D/STs with under 50% ownership in traditional fantasy football leagues that managers can consider picking up for Week 6.
Washington Football Team (7 percent)

Daniel Jones hasn’t produced a touchdown since Week 1 and he’s fumbled four times and thrown five interceptions through five games. The Giants have given up the second-most D/ST points in the league, while the Jets are first.
Miami Dolphins (2 percent)
Next up — NYJ, BYE, LAR, @ARI, LAC
The Dolphins put the hammer down on the 49ers last week and now get a Jets offense that is prone to turnovers. I’d rather them face Joe Flacco, but Sam Darnold will do.
New York Giants (1 percent)
Next up — WSH, @PHI, TB, @WSH, PHI
Washington ranks fifth-worst in fantasy points allowed to D/STs this season and last week with Kyle Allen and Alex Smith behind their awful offensive line, there wasn’t much good to say about their offense. The Giants have a poor defense, but a strong cornerback in James Bradberry, who can hang with Terry McLaurin. If he can take him out of the offense, Antonio Gibson will be the only playmaker they’ll need to contain.
