The Washington Football Team will go back to Kyle Allen as their starter in Week 6 after he was cleared of his arm injury, per JP Finlay of NBC Sports. Finlay took a hard hit in Week 5, which knocked him out of the game. That gave Alex Smith a chance to return after his tremendous recovery, but Allen is the starter moving forward.

Neither Smith or Allen were able to do much against Aaron Donald and the Rams, but coach Ron Rivera demoted Dwayne Haskins and doesn’t look keen on going back to him anytime soon. The team gets an easier matchup against the Giants this week, so we’ll see if that helps Allen get on track.
