Friday PM update: Coach Doug Marrone said on Friday, ”I feel good about DJ. He practiced on a limited basis today, but we ran some routes in the team periods and looked good.” It looks like Gardner Minshew is likely to have Chark and Shenault available this week.
Friday update: Laviska Shenault wasn’t on the final injury report, so likely got a full practice in while D.J. Chark was seen at practice and is listed as questionable. Chark was likely limited on his road to recovery. The Jaguars receivers have a good matchup and these two are both worth starting, but Chark’s injury is a little worrisome if he suits up.
Thursday update: Laviska Shenault returned to practice on Thursday, getting a limited designation while D.J. Chark missed again with his ankle injury. Shenault appears to be trending in the right direction, but Chark will need to get some form of practice in on Friday to have a shot at playing. The Jaguars face the Lions on Sunday.
The Jacksonville Jaguars had a long list of names on their injury report today, but the two pertinent names for fantasy footballers were D.J. Chark and Laviska Shenault, per Jaguars Twitter.
Chark left last week’s game with an ankle injury, but Shenault finished the game with no injuries announced. On the report, Shenault was out with a hamstring injury on Wednesday. The Jaguars get a good matchup with the Detroit Lions this week and both of these receivers would have fantasy value if healthy for the matchup.
