Sunday AM Update: Though Murray managers are expecting a big game against a less-than-stout Cowboys defense, it’s worth noting that Murray will be missing RG JR Sweezy (elbow) who was placed on IR, and LT DJ Humphries remains questionable. Murray is projected at 26.3 fantasy points in ESPN leagues.

Kyler Murray has had two good weeks of football, at least from a fantasy perspective. After throwing three touchdown passes in Week 4 against the Panthers, he tossed a career high 380 yards last week against the Jets. He threw one touchdown and ran in another in that game. Now, he’s poised for another big week against the Cowboys.

Fantasy Football analysis: Cardinals QB Kyler Murray

Dallas’ defense hasn’t done much to slow opposing quarterbacks this season. The Cowboys defense is surrendering an average of 250 passing yards and more than two touchdowns per game. All of those numbers would look much worse if it hadn’t been for a little help from Daniel Jones and the Giants in Week 5.

Murray should be able to build on his solid passing stats this week, with a little help from his top two receivers, DeAndre Hopkins and Christian Kirk. He’s also got five rushing touchdowns this season, which is the second most of anyone in the NFL. There’s only been on instance, Week 4 against Carolina, where Murray didn’t find the end zone.
