David Montgomery has been a hit and miss running back this season. Head coach Matt Nagy has noted the need to involve him more and he did in week five. Going for 10 rush attempts he did not rack up even 30 yards, but did get much more involved in the passing game.

He had seven catches for 30 yards and those two combined help out a lot in fantasy. As his volume stays mostly constant, you can expect more of the same and he should be a bit more featured in the red zone after last week’s score, which can only help in fantasy. He has no true back up or a committee and he should get enough looks rushing and catching to start.
