Travis Fulgham’s fantasy football outlook in Week 6 vs. Ravens

We go over Travis Fulgham’s fantasy football outlook ahead of the Eagles Week 6 matchup against the Ravens.

Will Travis Fulgham have fantasy value going forward?

Sunday AM Update: Eagles WRs DeSean Jackson and Alshon Jeffrey are both officially OUT in Sunday’s matchup versus the Ravens defense, currently ranked as the third-best defense in DVOA per Football Outsiders. Though the target share may be there for Fulgham, the lack of other receiving options may make it a bit easier to focus coverage on the second-year wideout. He’ll have a tough time repeating his Week 5 performance, considering.

For all his myriad struggles, Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz hasn’t had many options to throw to so far this season. Injuries have decimate Philadelphia’s depth chart at wide receiver and tight end. But over the last two weeks, he’s made a legitimate connection with receiver Travis Fulgham. Can they sustain it this week in a tough one against the Ravens?

Fantasy Football analysis: Eagles WR Travis Fulgham

Fulgham is coming off a huge game in Week 5. Against the Steelers, he caught 10 passes on 13 targets for 152 yards and a touchdown. The week before that, in his first game with Philly, he caught two of three passes for 57 yards and a score.

Things get a little tougher this week against the Ravens, so don’t expect the kinds of stats he put up last week. However, the Eagles figure to be chasing points in the second half of this one, giving Fulgham some fantasy value.
