The San Francisco 49ers face the Los Angeles Rams in a Week 6 matchup. Both teams will look to improve their meddling starts. For the 49ers, much of that will hang on the performance of George Kittle, who is one of a few elite tight ends.
Kittle has recovered from a week one injury and has looked good in the last couple of games. With a tough matchup, how will he do against this really good Rams defense?
Fantasy Football analysis: 49ers TE George Kittle
George Kittle led the team in catches while tying for first in targets and receiving yards in his second game back after injury. The numbers were not as good as his first game back, but he still did get a heavy workload. That bodes well for fantasy and as an elite TE, expect more of the same this week. With eight targets last week, he should see more this week. That could include some red zone looks as his offense looks to get going again. He will probably land somewhere in between his last two games which should be more than enough to be worth the start.
Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation
Start. Kittle is a tier one TE.
