Game day update: Perriman is expected to play on Sunday, per Tom Pelissero.
Breshad Perriman could be seeing his first action of the season since Week 2 on Sunday. The New York Jets wide receiver is listed as questionable on the weekly injury report, but he was able to practice this week, albeit in a limited role.
Fantasy impact: Jets WR Breshad Perriman
Perriman’s return is good news for the Jets, but it probably doesn’t mean much for fantasy football. In the two games he has played this season, Perriman has just 29 yards on five total catches. Even with the Jets spending most of their time playing from behind, it’s been impossible for the offense to do much of anything. Injuries to the receivers haven’t helped, and they’re likely to have Joe Flacco under center again this week too.
The only Jets player who is a bone fide fantasy starter is wide receiver Jamison Crowder. He belongs in your lineup, but Perriman is best left on the waiver wire.
