Update: Willliams, Buluga and Turner have all been ruled out for Week 4, per the injury report.

The Los Angeles Chargers won’t have deep threat Mike Williams this week, as he hasn’t practiced with a hamstring injury. They could also be without two key offensive linemen, as right tackle Bryan Buluga and right guard Trai Turner both have not practiced this week, per The Athletic’s Daniel Popper. The Chargers have already had to shuffle their line around this season, especially with center Mike Pouncey lost for the year.

These injuries come as rookie Justin Herbert will get his third start of the year, this time against a Tampa Bay defense that ranks third in pass defenses and fifth in run defense according to Football Outsider’s DVOA. The Buccaneers also rank fourth in adjusted sack rate, ninth in QB hits and third in sacks.
