Wednesday PM update: The Raiders sent home the entire starting offensive line due to close contact.
Raiders’ HC Jon Gruden said his team sent home all five starting offensive linemen today because they were closest to Trent Brown, who will be placed on the Reserve/COVID-19 list.

The Las Vegas Raiders are scheduled to face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 7, and they likely will do so without offensive tackle Trent Brown. The team placed him on their Covid-19 injured reserve list on Wednesday. The Raiders have begun contact tracing, according to Tom Pelissero. The team also placed cornerback Damon Arnette on Covid-19 IR this week.
The Raiders are coming off a bye week and a Tuesday offday, so Pelissero indicated the hope is minimal recent contact will prevent this from turning into an outbreak. However, the team will be testing everybody and checking contacts to ensure they can play this Sunday against the Bucs.
Barring anything unexpected, Brown would likely not come off the IR list in time for Sunday’s game.
