What to do with Richard Rodgers in Week 7 fantasy football

We go over Richard Rodgers’ fantasy football outlook ahead of the Eagles Week 7 matchup against the Giants on Thursday Night Football.

Is Richard Rodgers in a position for a big week 7 performance?

Even when Zach Ertz was healthy, Richard Rodgers was getting some action. Now that Ertz is out with an ankle injury, his fantasy impact should only increase. But is it good enough for a start?

Fantasy Football analysis: Eagles TE Richard Rodgers

With Ertz out for give or take a month, Rodgers becomes such an important piece for the Eagles. The comfort level between Rodgers and Carson Wentz is vital and may take time to solidify. The production from the tight end position so far this year has been unpredictable from the Eagles. Ertz was target consistently, but the overall receptions were only about half of his 45 targets. While that is seen a Carson Wentz problem, we won’t know for sure till Rodgers has settled in.

Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation

You should sit Richard Rodgers unless you’re desperate. The comfort level between Rodgers and Wentz isn’t clear yet and you shouldn’t risk production for an unknown unless you really need too.

Sit Rodgers.
