Game day update: It’s a rainy day in the DC area, which could mean more work on the ground than through the air for the Washington Football Team. ESPN projects Antonio Gibson at 16.5 points and JD McKissic at 13.0 points in PPR leagues.

The Cowboys love to give up yards and points. So you should seriously consider the fantasy value of Washington running backs Antonio Gibson and J.D. McKissic.

Fantasy Football analysis: Washington RBs Antonio Gibson, J.D. McKissic

Last week against the Giants, both Gibson and McKissic weren’t all that productive on the ground. McKissic was able to be more efficient in his eight carries than Gibson was with his nine, but there wasn’t a lot of production in the ground game from either. The saving grace for both was the passing game wherein both saw over five targets each. The good news is that the Cowboys defense hasn’t been great at stopping opposing running or passing games. The difficult part is choosing which one is poised for a bigger performance. If you’re in a deep league, then McKissic is a worth a start as a flex. Gibson should be benched for now.

Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation

Start McKissic as a flex. Bench Gibson.
