The Oklahoma Sooners and TCU Horned Frogs will match up in a Big 12 game on Saturday at 12 p.m. ET, with both teams coming off of a bye.
The Sooners had a week off following a four-overtime 53-45 victory over the Texas Longhorns as they avoided their third consecutive loss. In that game on Oct. 10, Spencer Rattler was benched but returned quickly, finishing the game with three touchdown passes and completing 23 of 35 passes for 209 yards and an interception. Rattler also lost a fumble and carried the ball 14 times for 51 yards with a touchdown. T.J. Pledger rushed for 131 yards on 22 carries with two touchdowns.
TCU is coming off a bye after a 21-14 home loss to the Kansas State Wildcats. Max Duggan completed 19 of 31 passes for 154 yards with no touchdowns or interceptions. He ran for a touchdown and carried the ball 15 times for 43 yards as the Horned Frogs dropped to 1-2 this season.
Oklahoma has won each of the last six games of the series, including a 28-24 victory in 2019 at home.

The Best Bet
Oklahoma is very close to being a 1-3 team, but the Sooners come into this game with two losses just like TCU. With so much parity in the Big 12 outside of the Kansas Jayhawks, anybody can beat anybody. If you’re going to give TCU nearly a touchdown head start against an Oklahoma team that hasn’t shown it can stop anything yet, I’m inclined to go after the underdogs.
Pick: TCU +6.5
