The Buffalo Bills face the New York Jets in Week 7, and they will be without several tight ends. Dawson Knox was ruled out with a calf injury and he has subsequently been placed on the Covid-19 injured reserve list. He is joined on the Covid-19 IR list by fellow tight ends Lee Smith, Tommy Sweeney, and Nate Becker. Knox tested positive for the virus while the others were defined as close contacts.
The Bills travel to New Jersey Saturday afternoon for Sunday’s game. The Bills made roster moves to replace the tight ends, and there is no indication the game will be delayed.
