The Dallas Cowboys have allowed tight end luminaries such as Hayden Hurst, Greg Olsen and Austin Hooper obtain double-digit fantasy points this season. Logan Thomas is the next man up against the defense. Let’s just hope he gets a chance to achieve similar success.

Fantasy Football analysis: Washington TE Logan Thomas

Thomas turned in a couple of one-catch clunkers prior to going for 42 yards and a score against the Giants in Week 6. He’s still playing at least 85 percent of the snaps and has carved out a role in which he sees at least four targets per game. That consistency plus this upcoming matchup with Dallas, which is allowing about five catches per week to the tight end position and generally can’t cover much of anything, has Thomas looking like a good streaming option in Week 7. However, keep your eye on the injury report; Thomas didn’t practice for the Washington Football Team on Wednesday due to a neck injury.

Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation

If you’re fishing at tight end every week — and most fantasy owners are — Thomas is worth your time as long as he is active Sunday. He costs just $3,500. Twenty-two tight ends are carrying bigger price tags this week.
