The Jacksonville Jaguars are throwing the ball more than most teams in the NFL but are riding a five-game losing streak. Gardner Minshew II has several receivers who can be impatful against the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 7. Let’s go over the fantasy football outlook for his top three options.
Fantasy Football analysis: Jaguars WRs D.J. Chark, Keelan Cole, Laviska Shenault
While Chark is considered the WR1, Cole has emerged as the team leader in receptions and receiving yards. The Chargers have two quality cornerbacks in Desmond King II and Casey Hayward Jr., but Chark will likely draw more attention. Shenault has emerged as a legitimate WR3 and actually has one more target and 15 more receiving yards than Chark. He’s played one more game than Chark, but also provides value on the ground. The rookie has run the ball at least once in in five games this season.
Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation
All three of these receivers are viable plays, but I’d lean toward starting Cole and Chark over Shenault.
