Though it’s been in limbo most of the week, the Raiders and set to host the Buccaneers on Sunday afternoon. Assuming the game goes forward, here’s what to expect from Tampa Bay’s tight ends.
Fantasy Football analysis: Bucs TEs Rob Gronkowski, Cameron Brate
Gronkowski caught Tom Brady’s only touchdown pass in last week’s win over the Packers. He finished that game with 78 yards on five catches, continuing a positive trend in looks from the quarterback. Gronk has had 14 targets and eight catches in his last two games. He’s looking a little more like his old self too.
Brate still hasn’t seen his role expand much since O.J. Howard was lost to injury. He had just one catch on one target last week.
The Raiders are vulnerable to tight ends. Travis Kelce had 108 yards and a touchdown against them last week, and even Jared Cook found the end zone against them back in Week 2. It points to Gronk being a decent fantasy option this week, especially at a position where there’s not been much production to be found on a weekly basis. Brate can stay on the bench.
Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation
Start Rob Gronkowski. Sit Cameron Brate.
