Game status: Justin Jackson is ACTIVE for Week 7.

Game day update: Justin Jackson is expected to play on Sunday, per Adam Schefter.

Los Angeles Chargers running back Justin Jackson is listed as questionable on this week’s injury report. He has been dealing with a knee injury. However, he was able to practice all week, getting limited work on Wednesday and Thursday, before being a full participant on Friday. That’s a good sign that he will suit up this week against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Fantasy impact: Justin Jackson (knee)

Jackson stole the show as the main man in the Chargers’ backfield last week against the Saints. He had 15 carries for 71 yards and five catches for another 23 yards. He did share the workload with Joshua Kelley, but had a distinct edge in touches.

He has a great matchup this week against the Jags, a team that’s allowed two running backs in their last three games to roll up triple digits in rushing yards as well as a pair of touchdowns. Even with Kelley getting some work too, Jackson is an excellent play this week.
