Andy Dalton takes hard hit to the head Week 7, will not return

UPDATE: Dalton will not return to the game due to the head injury.

Dallas Cowboys quarterback takes an awful helmet-to-helmet hit from Jon Bostic and laid motionless for a shirt period before slowly walking off the field. Rookie Ben Dinucci will take over for Dalton, likely for the rest of the game.

Jon Bostic has been ejected from the game. A suspension would seem to be warranted.

Washington has a 22-3 lead. We’ll see what the rookie from James Madison can do.
