Deebo Samuel injures hamstring on 49ers fourth quarter drive, ruled out for rest of game

UPDATE: The 49ers have ruled Deebo Samuel OUT for the rest of the game with a hamstring injury.

The San Francisco 49ers are rolling over the New England Patriots in Week 7, but the injury issues are continuing to be a problem. A quarter after running back Jeff Wilson left with an ankle injury, wide receiver Deebo Samuel is getting checked out for a leg leg injury. Trainers are looking at him on the sideline while he is grabbing at his left knee, per Jennifer Chan.

Samuel suffered the injury on a one-yard rushing play, per Cam Inman. He departs the game with five receptions for 65 yards and three carries for seven yards.
