Richard Rodgers replaced Zach Ertz on Thursday night football and had a strong game in relief. The Eagles are down both Ertz and Dallas Goedert, which pushed Rodgers into the starting position. He managed to catch 6-of-8 targets for 85 yards and those eight targets were second on the team.
With DeSean Jackson injured and Goedert not returning for a couple games, Rodgers should be able to continue seeing targets for at least a little longer. His matchup against the Cowboys this week is one worth streaming him if you are hurting at the position, which many of us are.
He is only rostered on 8 percent of Yahoo leagues and should be attainable in most leagues. If you can get Rogers for the short term and then Goedert for when he returns, I like that move, as the Eagles schedule looks great for the passing game.
