Tale of the Tape for Adrian Yanez vs. Victor Rodriguez

Adrian Yanez and Victor Rodriguez fight on the undercard of UFC Vegas 12 at bantamweight. We break down the odds.

In the second bantamweight bout of the preliminary card, Adrain Yanez will take on Victor Rodriguez live this Saturday as part of UFC Vegas 12 which will be live from Las Vegas and available on ESPN+.

The 5-foot-7 Adrian Yanez will open as the heavy favorite, despite having never appeared on the main roster before. He has just one UFC fight under his belt, a 39-second knockout with just seven punches against Brady Huang in Dana White’s Contender Series. That fight came back in early August, and now the 37-year-old will look to take his 11-3 MMA record against UFC opponents.

Yanez is a strike-heavy fighter with six of his 11 wins coming via knockout.

The 5-foot-5 Rodriguez is here due to an undisclosed injury to Aaron Phillips. He’s 4-2 at the MMA level, with all four of his MMA victories coming via knockout. Originally from Alaska, “Vicious” is on a four-match winning streak since losing his first two bouts in 2014 when he was just 22 years old.

Here are the betting odds at DraftKings Sportsbook for Adrian Yanez vs. Aaron Phillips at UFC Vegas 12 on October 31st.
