The Best Bet

Per Bill Connelly’s latest SP+ rankings this week, these two schools are in the same neighborhood with Charlotte clocking in at 85 and Duke checking in at 91.

As a relatively new program to FBS, Charlotte will be motivated to take down an established in-state ACC foe and they stand a good chance of doing so against a Duke team’s whose offense has looked horrendous.

Pick: Charlotte +10.5
