Sunday Update: Tennessee’s receiving corps is healthy and should be led by Brown. The wideout has been fighting knee pain this week but was a full participant in practice on Friday and is projected for 15.19 fantasy points in ESPN leagues. Davis and Humphries aren’t projected for 10.7 and 7.51 points, respectively. Expect Ryan Tannehill, Derrick Henry, and Brown to lead the way for Tennessee on offense.
The Tennessee Titans have one of the most explosive offenses in the NFL, scoring an average of more than 31 points per game. And while quarterback Ryan Tannehill and running back Derrick Henry are both playing out of their minds, the team’s receivers have become enticing fantasy options as well.
Fantasy Football analysis: Titans WRs A.J. Brown, Corey Davis, Adam Humphries
Brown leads the group. After missing three weeks with a knee injury, he’s been on fire since returning to the lineup in Week 5. In his last three outings, he’s got 293 yards and four touchdowns. He’s the kind of player you can’t afford to leave on the bench any week, regardless of the matchup. This week’s opponent, the Bengals, happens to be an especially favorable one. Cincinnati has allowed 100-yard receivers in both of its last two games, and they’ve given up seven touchdowns on the season.
Davis found the end zone last week, but accumulated just 35 yards on the day. Even though he led the team in targets, he’s just not turning those into meaningful fantasy stats. Humphries is in a similar situation, a role player who has a good week every now and then. Unfortunately, it’s tough to peg when either player will have a decent outing.
Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation
Start A.J. Brown. Sit Adam Humphries and Corey Davis.
