While Thursday Night Football didn’t feature what most would call “good” teams in Week 3, we did get to see Ryan Fitzpatrick having a blast. And let’s be honest, that’s always a treat to watch (unless it’s against your team). After a solid fantasy outing, Fitzmagic will jump right into one of the pass-friendliest environments: a matchup against the Seahawks.
Fantasy Football analysis: Dolphins QB Ryan Fitzpatrick
Two consecutive weeks we’ve seen multi-touchdown and zero-interception performances from the beard. Last week against Minshew’s mustache and the Jaguars, Fitzpatrick ended with the sixth-highest DKFP (25.2) of all quarterbacks. Fresh off of back-to-back 25+ point starts, the veteran enters one of the juiciest matchups he’ll see all season. Seattle is allowing opposing QBs to throw nearly 52 attempts per game, which is, as you may have guessed, a league high. Fitzpatrick may not be a “winner” in the traditional sense of the word, but he has never been afraid to chuck the ball. And in an effort to keep pace with the league’s second-highest scoring team, he will have to do just that.
