The Los Angeles Rams fell painstakingly short to the Buffalo Bills in Week 3 after mounting an incredible comeback, ultimately losing 35-32. Now, the Rams will re-focus against a dwindling Giants team in Week 4. Jared Goff should have himself another solid fantasy outing, but will the Rams tight ends be the beneficiaries?
Fantasy Football analysis: Rams TEs Tyler Higbee, Gerald Everett
In Week 2, Tyler Higbee owners hit the jackpot thanks to three touchdowns on just five receptions. But in Week 3, he came right back down to earth by recording two catches for 40 yards without a touchdown. And just as we’ve seen in the past, Higbee and Gerald Everett split pass route reps and each earned two targets. Unless an injury for either tight end emerges, or a sudden change of game plan from Sean McVay occurs, it will be difficult to have high expectations for both. With that said, Higbee has historically been the favored TE for Jared Goff, so you know who you should primarily trust.
Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation
Start Higbee in a 12-team league. Sit Everett.
