What to do with Kenny Golladay, Marvin Jones, Danny Amendola in Week 4 fantasy football

The Lions got their No. 1 receiver back last week. That’s good news for fantasy too.

The Detroit Lions got a big boost to their sagging fortunes last week. Not only did the team get its first win of the year, No. 1 wide receiver Kenny Golladay made his season debut. Coincidence? Maybe, maybe not. But Golladay’s return is definitely going to help that offense, not to mention giving fantasy footballers one more difference maker to consider.

Fantasy Football analysis: Lions WRs Kenny Golladay, Marvin Jones, Danny Amendola

Last week against the Cardinals, Golladay hauled in six of seven passes for 57 yards and a touchdown. Not a bad start to his season, especially considering that he said himself prior to the game that he was still less than 100 percent. He’ll have a tougher matchup against the Saints defense this week, but as Matthew Stafford’s preferred target and the team’s best receiver, he’s still worth a spot in your lineups. He’s decently priced at $6,000 in DraftKings leagues this week too.

But what about the Lions’ other receivers? Marvin Jones lost targets with Golladay back in the fold, catching all three looks he got last week for 51 yards. He could still be in the mix this week as Golladay will demand attention from New Orleans’ secondary, but it’s hard to count on him for fantasy production. Danny Amendola isn’t doing enough out of the slot to merit a look.

Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation

Start Kenny Golladay. Sit Marvin Jones and Danny Amendola.
