Game status: Terry McLaurin is ACTIVE for Week 4.
Game day update: McLaurin is expected to play, according to Adam Schefter. He faces a tough Ravens defense this week, but is Dwayne Haskins’ go-to guy. He’s a decent not great PPR start.
Terry McLaurin has been one of the few bright spots for the Washington Footbal Team since being drafted in the third round last year. He finished his rookie year with 919 yards and seven touchdowns in 14 games, and has gotten off to a strong start in his sophomore effort. Through three games, McLaurin has 269 very nice yards (averaging 89 per game) and a touchdown.
But the Football Team was forced to add him to the injury report late this week. He had a thigh injury in Thursday’s practice. He missed Friday’s session, and is officially listed as questionable for this week’s game against the Ravens.
Fantasy impact: Terry McLaurin injury
The fact that McLaurin’s injury happened late in the week does not bode well for his availability this week. As far as fantasy goes, it’s probably best to leave him out of lineups this week, regardless of his status. Quarterback Dwayne Haskins is playing some terrible football, and the Ravens are no joke.
Tight end Logan Thomas could be the primary beneficiary for targets without McLaurin on the field. But again, given the opponent and a struggling quarterback, it’s tough to roll with anyone here.
