Thursday afternoon update: We have some good news! Lamar Jackson is sick! Ok, it’s not great news, but it appears he missed practice on Thursday due to an illness that shouldn’t keep him from playing, per NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero. Thursday morning update: Well, the precautionary absence of all world quarterback Lamar Jackson has turned into a second day of not practicing. We’ll hopefully learn more details, but he was not at practice today, per Aaron Kasinitz. Robert Griffin III could have spot start value in 2QB leagues, while Mark Ingram and J.K. Dobbins could be in line for more work if Jackson can’t go against the Bengals.

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson sat out Wednesday’s practice due to a knee injury, per ESPN’s Adam Schefter. The injury is not considered serious, but the team is being cautious with the 2019 MVP. As long as he returns to a full practice tomorrow, this missed practice will be a faded memory soon enough.

Robert Griffin III took Jackson’s reps on Wednesday, so would be in line for the start if je can’t go. The team does play the Bengals on Sunday, so if there is any concern, they could hold him out and still have a chance to win. We’ll keep you up to date on any developments.
