What to do with Jimmy Graham in Week 5 fantasy football

Chicago’s tight end has three touchdowns so far this season, could he add another this week?

NFL: Indianapolis Colts at Chicago Bears Mike Dinovo-USA TODAY Sports

Chicago Bears tight end Jimmy Graham leads the Bears with three receiving touchdowns. He’s also a distant second to wide receiver Allen Robinson in targets (41 to 23) and receptions (24-14), and he’s third on the team in receiving yards. As far as fantasy performance goes, he’s been boom or bust. Last week, he had just 33 yards. The week before that, he scored twice and added 60 yards. What about this week against the Bucs?

Fantasy Football analysis: Bears TE Jimmy Graham

Despite his alternating good and bad games, this is good week to fade to Graham. Tampa Bay’s defense has been pretty good against tight ends this season, allowing just 197 total yards through four games. More telling is that the Bucs have allowed tight ends to score just once, which could be a problem considering Graham’s role is based heavily on red zone usage.
