How the public is betting Week 6 of college football UPDATE

Some big line movements have hit the board this week, and there might be more to come ahead of kickoffs.

There have been some big moves this week as teams get ready for the wagering on Week 6 of college football. We point out some of the biggest swings and bet splits here.

The Florida Gators are getting 86% of the action and bets at DraftKings while laying less than a touchdown to the Texas A&M Aggies. The combination of Kyle Trask (ironically, the son of two A&M grads that named him after Kyle Field) and Kyle Pitts has been one of the most lethal in college football. This line opened about -5, but is up to -6.5, and could cross the key number of -7 before kickoff.

In the North Carolina State-Virginia battle, no one can seem to get a grip on the market. The total has been as high as 63, but is down to 58.5 as we write this. UVA opened as a 9.5 point favorite, but that’s backed down to just 7.5 now as well. At DK, just 49% of the bets but 78% of the handle is with the Wolfpack on the road.

But the biggest mover of the week comes in the SEC, where the LSU Tigers opened as a 20.5 point favorite on the road in Columbia against the Missouri Tigers. That game is down to Mizzou +14.5, and it might get to 13 or less if trends keep holding.

Below are the odds and bet splits at DraftKings Sportsbook so far for College Football Week 6. We look at the point spread, point total, and money line wagering heading into game day tomorrow.
