Game status: Alie-Cox is ACTIVE for Week 8.

Game day update: There is optimism Mo Alie-Cox will be able to play in Week 8, per Ian Rapoport.

Indianapolis Colts tight end Mo Alie-Cox is officially listed as questionable on this week’s injury report. He is still dealing with a knee injury that kept him out of the team’s last game in Week 6; they had a bye last week. Alie-Cox did return to practice this week, missing Wednesday, but getting in limited work on Thursday and Friday.

Fantasy impact: Mo Alie-Cox (knee)

You can probably just leave Alie-Cox on the bench or the waiver wire anyway. He’s got a total of six targets in his last three games. There is some touchdown upside, however, but it’s hard to bank on that unless you’re just desperate for help at the position.

Trey Burton has emerged as the team’s main weapon at the tight end position. He four catches on five targets in Week 6, scoring a touchdown too. He also added a rushing score with a goal-line carry. He’s definitely worth some consideration in fantasy lineups.
