UPDATE: Kittle got an x-ray on his foot and it revealed no fractures, per Kyle Shanahan. Kittle will get an MRI on Monday.

San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle left early in the fourth quarter of Sunday’s game against the Seattle Seahawks. The All-Pro tight end reportedly has an ankle injury and is questionable to return. He only has two receptions (four targets) on 39 yards.

With Kittle out, the Niners will look to backup tight ends Ross Dwelley and Charlie Woerner to help out in the receiving department. As of right now, we do not know the extent of Kittle’s injury, but if it’s serious that could affect his status for San Francisco’s next game on Thursday night.
