The Tennessee Titans continue preparations for Week 10 Thursday Night Football, and there’s a decent chance they will once again be without Adam Humphries. The wide receiver suffered a concussion in Week 8 and missed Week 9 while in the protocol. Head coach Mike Vrabel told the media on Tuesday Humphries remains in the protocol, per Joe Rexrode.
Humphries needs to be asymptomatic both at rest and after practicing before he can be cleared to return to game action. It’s been nine days since he first got hurt, so the continued delay is a bit concerning. At the same time, it’s a short week headed into TNF, so we’ll see how things look when the Titans are back following TNF if he does not play this week.
A.J. Brown has been on a roll for Tennessee, scoring 20 or more points in PPR leagues four of the past five weeks. Corey Davis had a pair of solid games in Weeks 7 and 8, but then put up a goose egg in Week 9 against the Bears. The Titans face a Colts defense that ranks 10th best in fantasy points allowed to wide receivers.
