The 2020 NBA Draft is set for November 18th after the longest season in League history. The order for the first and second round is set and we already know that the Minnesota Timberwolves will be selecting No. 1 overall after winning the NBA Draft Lottery back in August. Some of the top prospects who could be selected high in the draft include SG Anthony Edwards, G LaMelo Ball and C James Wiseman, among others.
Doc Rivers is out. Tyronn Lue is in. Kawhi Leonard and Paul George are sticking around for at least another season. Chemistry was reportedly an issue for the Clippers and led to their eventual downfall in the playoffs. That collapse is something the Clippers will need to address all season until the 2020-21 playoffs. There isn’t much retooling L.A. can do, so finding bargains in free agency will be the only way to improve the roster. Really, the roster just needs to perform up to its standards and the Clips can compete with the Lakers for a title.
Here, we’ll be going over all the draft picks for the Los Angeles Clippers in the first and second rounds.
First Round: No. 27 (NYK owns rights)
Second Round: No. 57
