The 2020 NBA Draft is set for November 18th after the longest season in League history. The order for the first and second round is set and we already know that the Minnesota Timberwolves will be selecting No. 1 overall after winning the NBA Draft Lottery back in August. Some of the top prospects who could be selected high in the draft include SG Anthony Edwards, G LaMelo Ball and C James Wiseman, among others.
The Hawks may have finished the season 20-47 and in the lottery again, but the future is bright. Trae Young is developing into a core piece that the Hawks can build around. John Collins is the anchor down low. All the team needs is the third leg to keep the tripod up. Could that be from the No. 6 overall pick in the draft? Possibly.
Here, we’ll be going over all the draft picks for the Atlanta Hawks in the first and second rounds.
First Round: No. 6
Second Round: No. 34 (traded to PHI), No. 50 (MIA’s second-round pick; ATL owns rights)
