Friday PM update: Hockenson is listed as questionable for Week 10 after returning for a limited practice on Friday.

Friday AM update: The Lions returned for their final practice of the week and Hockenson was back at it, per Michael Rothstein, after missing Thursday due to a toe injury. He would appear to be on track to play this Sunday.

Detroit Lions tight end T.J. Hockenson was unable to practice on Thursday due to a toe injury, per Pride of Detroit. Hockenson was able to practice on Wednesday, so this is either a downgrade due to an in-practice injury or a rest day.

Hockenson had a toe injury on the injury report last week, so this isn’t a completely new ailment. Not practicing after practicing is still a bad sign no matter. Friday’s practice will be critical for the tight end. If he can return to practice, he should be able to play.

Hockenson has been one of the more dependable fantasy football tight ends this season, ranking fourth overall in fantasy points at the position. If he can’t go, this would be yet another blow to an overall week position for fantasy.

The Lions would likely give Jesse James the start, but Danny Amendola and Marvin Jones would likely see the biggest bump with Kenny Golladay looking like he will miss this week.
