Saturday PM update: The Seahawks have downgraded both Carson and Hyde to OUT for Week 10. The team activated Alex Collins to fill in behind DeeJay Dallas and Travis Homer.
The Seattle Seahawks have been without running backs Chris Carson and Carlos Hyde for their last two games. However, both players are at least one step closer to returning this week. Carson and Hyde are both listed as questionable on the injury report this week.
Fantasy impact: Chris Carson, Carlos Hyde injuries
Carson did not practice at all this week. While that would normally indicate a player who’s likely to sit, head coach Pete Carroll suggested that Carson was held out because it gave him the best chance of playing this week. There is still no clear picture of whether or not he’ll play against the Rams this week.
Hyde did manage to practice this week, getting in a limited session on Friday after sitting out the previous two days. He looks to have a better chance of playing that Carson. If Carson does play, he’ll be the main guy here for fantasy football. If Carson sits and Hyde plays, he’s worth having in your lineup this week. If both sit, DeeJay Dallas is the play.
