At this point starting Kyler Murray should just be automatic. There are still a few folks out there quibbling about his downfield passing, but you should ignore most of that. He is a fantasy football scoring machine, and if you are maybe still on the fence about starting him this week, here is some information that could perhaps convince you otherwise.
Fantasy Football analysis: Cardinals QB Kyler Murray
Murray now has two consecutive games with four touchdowns—three passing and one rushing in each. Last week was maybe his most impressive game of the season too. He was 21-for-26 with 283 yards and three touchdowns. And for those questioning his downfield throwing, he averaged over 10 yards per attempt. This came against a Dolphins defense that’s been pretty tough on quarterbacks too. Jared Goff had just 12 points against them before this game, and only Russell Wilson and Josh Allen had thrown for multiple touchdowns against Miami prior to last week.
This week, Murray and the Cardinals will play the Bills, who are fresh off a game where they allowed Wilson to throw two touchdowns and 390 yards while adding a rushing score. Even Cam Newton had nearly 20 points against this team even with the miserable Patriots offense. Just think of what Murray can do.
