Josh Jacobs is a distant third on the NFL leaderboard for rushing yards, but his 588 yards so far this season, still represent a very respectable total. So do his six touchdowns. Jacobs, as the featured back in a run-first offense, puts up the kind numbers fantasy football teams can depend on, and he’ll do it again this week against the Broncos.
Fantasy Football analysis: Raiders RB Josh Jacobs
Jacobs had just 14 carries last week against the Chargers, but he finished with 65 yards and a touchdown for his efforts. He had his first triple-digit yardage game of the season the week before that, rolling up 129 yards against the Browns
Denver is strictly middle of the pack when it comes to stopping opposing running backs. They’ve only allowed three rushing scores to running backs this season, but two weeks ago the Chargers were able to combine for 188 yards on the ground. Jacobs will have the volume, because he almost always does, and the stats fantasy owners count on are likely to be there too.
